Enclosed terraces, partly tiled, partly with artificial turf. Trees with fruit, plants = a gardener, paid by the owner, comes about every 2 weeks. Outdoor kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, plenty of storage space and dining area. Living room with 2 leather sofas, an armchair and an armchair as a recliner, flat screen TV. There are also 3 more TVs in the bedrooms. Air conditioning, indoor kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dining area. Bedroom 1 with double bed and bathroom.
