American modern corner kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob, large fridge, washing machine and dishes. New shower room with large shower. Bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. The former balcony was glazed with large windows and has now become additional living space. There is a patio door with some garden in front of the apartment. Communal pool and elevator. The beach is only a few meters. Parking in front of the complex in free parking. Nearby there is a small supermarket as well as restaurants and bus service. Wifi for a surcharge of facility can be provided. No animals allowed !!!
